The Jitterbugs return with our Thursday night classes! Choose between Lindy Hop at 19:30 or Collegiate Shag at 20:45, or if you can't decide, try both!
You have 3 options for booking:
1) Book one class on the individual nights that suit you
2) Book both classes on the individual nights that suit you for a discount
2) Book the whole block of one or both classes for an even bigger discount
Both classes are suitable for absolute beginners, however, we do not cover basic footwork after week 3 in the Collegiate Shag class, so if you're new to that dance, please make sure you have at least one Collegiate Shag class under your belt before attending week 4 and beyond. We will cover basic footwork in the Lindy Hop class every week so you can start that class as an absolute beginner any week.
If you are a student or low income, please feel free to book the concession price.
If you have a Glasgow Jitterbugs class card from previously, please email us at info@glasgowjitterbugs.com and we will give you a discount code based on your remaining classes to put towards this new block. Please do this asap so you are ready with discount code when bookings open as places will still be first-come-first-served.
If your first choice role (Lead or Follow) is full, you can join the wait list, or consider trying the other role so that you can book and secure a place right away; you could always learn your first choice role another time. Alternatively, ask a friend to book with you - if they do the opposite role and you make a joint booking, you will both secure a place right away.
If you are booking with a partner, you will have the choice of rotating partners throughout the class, or dancing only with your partner. If you are booking individually, you will of course need to rotate dance partners throughout the class.
