Cake Hop returns for the first time since 2020! First started in 2011, Cake Hop has grown to become one of the most anticipated events in the Swing Dance community, often with swing dancers travelling from far and wide to attend. And now, for the first time, live music will feature from the amazing Tenement Jazz Band! In addition, our legendary homemade cake table will be full and ready for the taking, there will be a prize for best dressed (see Facebook event page for details) and more! There will be a taster class at the start of the night suitable for absolute beginners so if you or anyone you know would like to learn the basics to get you going, this is the perfect opportunity - seasoned dancers also welcome and please do bring friends! Please do not bring your own drink as there will be a bar at the venue.
